Chairperson: Mr. Balkrishna MABUHANG (Limbu) is Associate Professor of Population Studies in Central Department of Population Studies, Tribhuvan University Kathmandu, Nepal. He holds an MA in Population Studies and Phd candidate in Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. Mr. Mabuhang is an activist and scholar on indigenous peoples' rights crediting more than dozen of articles and papers. He has served as General Secretary of National Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) and member of Asian Indigenous Peoples Pact (AIPP). Mr. Mabuhang's interests are social and political demography, social research and social inclusion, federalism from caste and ethnic population perspective. CEADS has been producing the Talk show program "Sanghiya Nepal" and broadcasting through Nepal Television on every Saturday at 10 pm and re-telecast on Tuesday at 3.05 pm. The main objective of this show is to create a discussion on Federalism, social inclusion and public participation to contribute in inclusive democratic Constitution making process.
